Major Appliances include refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, trash compactors, disposers, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, ranges, hoods, washing machines, dryers, and any associated accessories (e.g., washer/dryer pedestals, bulk cartridges, etc).
 

FREE RETURNS FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS

Not happy with your new product?  No problem. Return it for any reason within five calendar days from the date of delivery/pick-up free of charge.
 

RETURNS WITH A FEE UP TO 30 CALENDAR DAYS

If the product is not damaged or defective, but you still are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery/pick-up for a restocking fee equal to 15% of the product cost ($50 minimum charge).

KitchenAid® Small Appliances include KitchenAid® countertop appliances (e.g., stand mixers, coffee products, food processors, juicers, blenders, slow cookers, countertop ovens, kettles, hand mixers, toasters) and any associated accessories (e.g., stand mixer accessories).

RETURN 

Not happy with your new small appliance product? No problem. You may return your small appliance purchase for any reason up to 30 days from date of delivery. To begin the return process, click here and complete the form.

How to Return an Item

Please call 1-888-923-8505 so one of our associates can quickly assist you.  They will need your order number or the product’s serial number to assist you.

You will be reimbursed for returned items through a credit on the same credit card used to purchase the product.  Of course, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for the same item or a different item, reflecting the price difference with an additional credit or charge if the item has a different price.

We will begin processing your return when the product is received into our warehouse. Please keep in mind the timing of when you will receive your credit will vary depending on the type of product returned and the processing time for various banks. If you have not received your credit after 7 days, you may contact us at 1-888-923-8505.
