Will my products be covered with a warranty?

Absolutely. We stand behind our products, so your purchase is covered. Our entire stock is guaranteed new-in-box appliances with their original manufacturer warranty. All major appliances on Whirlpool® Corporation Outlet carry their original Limited Warranty. That provides coverage for replacement parts and/or repair labor, and some models offer even broader coverage.

Warranty terms are subject to change and vary by model. For full details on any warranty, including all applicable terms and conditions, please consult the Use and Care Guide for your product.

Why am I unable to find a specific model online?

Try using the search box to search for a complete or partial model number. Though not all models are offered online, you may find suitable matches for your needs by checking out the models that we carry under each product category. Whirlpool® Corporation Outlet features closeout products, and we’re constantly updating our inventory, so be sure to check back often if you can’t find a specific model.

Why wasn't I able to check out with the model I added to my cart?

If you find what you want on our site, we encourage you to act fast, because we may have limited availability. If you were able to add a model to your cart, but were unable to complete your order process, it means that the model has sold out in your area.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Whirlpool® Corporation values your business, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you have placed your order and need to modify or cancel it, please call us right away at 1-888-923-8505. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement unit or a refund of that item within 30 days of delivery. Due to the limited availability of some of our products, replacements cannot be guaranteed. Whirlpool® Corporation will pick up the unwanted appliance the same way it was delivered—in the original box and not installed. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to picking up this appliance. To request an exchange or a return, please contact us at 1-888-923-8505. A restocking fee may apply for all undamaged appliances.

HOME DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND HAUL-AWAY QUESTIONS

What is the home delivery process?

To provide quality service, we have partnered with a best-in-class home delivery team to deliver your order to your home and provide a memorable customer experience. One of our home delivery specialists will kindly explain all delivery details, reviewing and confirming your purchase with you at least three business days before your selected delivery date. To aid in a smooth delivery, you'll be asked such questions as "can I get the truck down your street?" and "are you on the second floor?"

Next, on the evening before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive a courtesy call that will include scheduled appointment information and a delivery time range in which you can expect your order.

Finally, on the day of delivery, you'll receive a call from your delivery specialist within 30 minutes of arriving at your home to confirm expected arrival time.

What happens if I am not available for my delivery?

We work very hard to attempt to deliver your order on time. If you are not available for your scheduled delivery, please be sure to communicate that to your home delivery specialist when they contact you. In such cases, your order will be scheduled for the next available time.

Do you offer install and uninstall services?

Professional installation services are available to make connecting your new appliance easy and include perfect floor protection, a multi-point inspection of the installation path, connections and the appliance itself and a one-year warranty on installation. Unfortunately, due to local regulations, not all products on Whirlpool® Corporation Outlet are eligible for professional installations such as dishwashers, gas ranges, and built-in appliances.

If install and uninstall services are available, you will be able to select them during the checkout process.

Do you offer haul-away services?

Yes, we offer haul-away services, and this option is available during the checkout process. Your old unit must be uninstalled before haul away. The delivery specialist will not uninstall a product unless this option was selected during the checkout process.

What do I need to do to prepare for delivery, installation, and haul away?

Please clear as wide a walkway as possible to the space where your new product is to be set in place and/or installed. Please make sure this space is clean and empty. Unless uninstall service was available and selected at checkout, have your old product unhooked and removed from the space where you want your new product set in place and/or installed. If you've chosen haul away for your old product, you need to unhook and move the old product out of its current space to make room for the new product, unless the uninstall service is included with your installation service. Please make sure that the old product to be hauled away is moved to an area that is easy to get to, and that the product can be easily removed without obstacles.

How do I exchange or return a product I purchased from your website?

We value your business, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can request a replacement unit or a refund of that item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Due to the limited availability of some of our products, replacements cannot be guaranteed. We will retrieve a product the same way we delivered it. The product needs to be uninstalled before the home delivery specialist can retrieve it. To request an exchange or a return, please call us at 1-888-923-8505. A restocking fee may apply.
